The material is 1.2mm thick vegetable tanned horsehide.
Starting this year, the horsehide base dyed mocha brown is staked (kneaded) over a long period of time to create a thick, soft leather.
This is a double riders jacket from the private brand "ALL STATE" produced by Sears, Roebuck and Company in the 1950s, made with a focus on materials and patterns.
The action pleats on the back are the same as the real thing, and the lining is made of nylon twill quilting, so arm movement is not restricted and it is extremely comfortable to wear.
All zippers use deadstock TALON sliders, and are luxuriously equipped with custom iron press buckles and kamaboko-shaped studs, making it as close to the real thing as possible.
The surface is finished with a water-based lacquer to give it a glossy, oily touch.
