Sugar Cane Okinawa 砂糖黍製 14oz. 琉球藍混左綾DENIM

The Sugar Cane Fiber denim Lot. 301 is woven with the original yarns blended with 50% cotton and 50% sugar cane fiber. Ryukyu-Ai indigo from Okinawa and regular indigo are combined and resulted in the dark, reddish blue denim. The patch is made of python leather, and the logo is painted in lacquer. The silhouette is regular straight, similar to our 1947 model.

SUGAR CANE FIBER DENIM

Inspired by our brand name, Sugar Cane has developed a fabric all our own the sugarcane fiberdenim. This unique denim is woven from the blended yarn of cotton and bagasse, the fibrous residue that remains after juice has been extracted from sugarcane. The special fabric has antimicrobial, deodorant and antistatic properties which are all derived from the amino acid components in bagasse.
