Originally, we used an old hanging knitting machine in Wakayama to create a fluffy knitting machine, and it is a special material that has been packed to the limit with density. This quality is achieved by twisting two strands of American cotton No. 20 into the knitting yarn, then pulling the two twisted yarns together to create a dense knit. It is also a very inefficient and rare material, with a production volume of approximately 10m per day (9 T-shirts).
