No.7 Denim 13.6oz Heat Denim

13.6oz denim made on old shuttle looms in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture, the production center of Japanese denim. Analyzing denim materials from the 1940s, they use starch paste made from American Memphis cotton and corn, and are characterized by a heat treatment in which the entire fabric is baked in an oven after weaving. This is Deluxe Wear's original manufacturing method that recreates the manufacturing methods and environment of the time.
