A design by "Triple Times California", a Japanese fabric trading company that has been involved in the import and export of various fabrics since the 1950s. It was one of the printed fabrics that was exported to the U.S. mainland at the time, and it was printed in Kyoto by order from the company's design office in New York. It is recorded that this bizarre design, which is unforgettable once you see it, was drawn by a female chief designer who bundled the designers belonging to the office.

This fabric, which went from Kyoto to the U.S. mainland in the 1970s, was mainly commercialised as a scarf, and only a very small number of Aloha shirts were produced. Using a technique that pioneered transfer printing called mirror printing, it brilliantly expresses the motif drawn using many colours. The subject of the design is the mask of warriors worn by the Polynesian tribe, and it is characterised by overwhelming power and beautiful colours.
