Description of item
Not content with custom fabrics, we started by selecting and blending the cotton staple fibers that make up the thread. We created our own original weft yarn through the spinning process, and woven it into a classic shirt that represents Nigel Cabourn.
It takes about six months to make a product. Two months to make the thread, two months to make the fabric, and two months to sew. If we used ready-made fabric, it would only take about two weeks, but we take the time and effort to make it.
Even so, we have not changed this manufacturing method at all. At first glance, it looks like a very basic Oxford shirt, but behind it lies our commitment to thorough material design, our accumulated skills, and our unwavering beliefs.
The more you wear it, the more its texture improves, and it is a garment that will become more complete with long-term use.
This season, new colors, orange and green, are available for the first time. They add a new touch of color to your outfit while maintaining the classic perfection.
*This product is a non-seasonal continuous product. Depending on the season, the posted product and product number may differ. Therefore, please note that even if the product number at the time of shipment is different, it will be the same product.
* Due to the characteristics of the fabric, the weave is not uniform and there are knot-like parts.
*Because we use natural raw materials, there may be some black spots on the original cotton grains.
